SHIPPING INFORMATION
VAT, GST, or any other country duties/taxes/fees are not pre-paid for international orders or included in the shipping cost calculated at checkout and may be levied upon delivery. These additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
Shipping is calculated at checkout. The recipient country’s postal service will be responsible for tracking updates and delivery once the package reaches the destination country. If the recipient country’s postal service does not deliver packages, the recipient will be responsible for pick-up. We strongly recommend including your phone number and/or a PO Box, if applicable.
Delivery time: usually 8-15 days.
Processing time: usually 2-7 days.
